One model range is recorded for this brand, the Speedy as a cabin catamaran with a build period from 2021 to 2025. Nothing more is available. For the policy it is the individual boat that counts in any case, and that includes the cruising range, whether inland waters, coastal waters or beyond.

The cruising range is recorded in the policy and feeds into the premium, alongside type of boat, value, year of construction and sail area. If you plan a trip beyond the agreed range, have the policy adjusted beforehand. The certificate of insurance is available in ten languages.

Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, graded across Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Under full hull cover an agreed value applies with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Craning and launching are included.

Why does the cruising range appear in the policy?

Because it is one of the premium factors, alongside type of boat, value, year of construction and propulsion or sail area. An extension should be agreed before the trip.

What applies to a boat with a year of construction from 2021 to 2025?

The same rules as for older boats. Under full hull cover an agreed value is set, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation.
