Recorded are twice the 670 Cabin and the Rescue 700, with production ongoing since 2017 and 2018 respectively. A narrow but current programme of three ranges. For new boats the same applies with us as for older ones: cover is based on the data of the individual boat.
Permanently installed equipment, plotter and radio make up part of the boat value. List these items in the schedule for the sum insured so that the agreed value reflects them. In the event of a claim we then pay compensation with no deduction for depreciation, new for old, for the equipment as well.
Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, and limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Beneath this lies third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.

Frequent questions
How does the equipment get into the sum insured?
You list permanently installed equipment when taking out cover. The agreed value thus reflects it, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, new for old, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
Can new boats be insured online straight away?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros, cover is taken out online. If the value lies above that, an individual assessment follows. The international certificate of insurance comes automatically in ten languages.
