Under the name Parking one range is listed, the Pionier as a sailing yacht with years of build from 1973 to 1980. Anyone who has it insured elsewhere today and wants to switch to us does not have to cancel anything themselves: NAMMERT ends the old contract free of charge as part of the switching service.
The new contract begins with third-party liability, selectable with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Limited hull cover and full hull cover can be added on top, the latter with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation, new for old.
Since production ended in 1980, these are used yachts throughout. We insure regardless of year of build, place of purchase and previous owners, in the Premium tariff also in full hull cover without any age limit. With sailing yachts the sail area feeds into the premium.

Frequent questions
Do I have to cancel my old contract myself?
No. The switching service is part of the package, and NAMMERT cancels the old contract free of charge. All you do is submit the application for the new contract.
Is a yacht from 1975 still eligible for full hull cover?
Yes. In the Premium tariff full hull cover applies without any age limit. The basis is the agreed value, and indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation, new for old.

Pionier is a sailing yacht from Parking, built from 1973 to 1980.
For a series of this age there is no list price left. That is why we work with an agreed value: you state the figure, we agree it, and in a total loss exactly that amount is paid, with no deduction for wear.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
