Parker builds rigid inflatable boats in Poland, ranging from the open sports version to the cabin RIB for the Baltic. The larger models are fully fledged coastal boats with outboards of 200 hp and upwards, and the engine often accounts for half of the value. It belongs in the policy with its power rating and serial number.
For the Baltic the cruising range is the point owners should check. Coastal waters and the Baltic are not the same as a passage to Bornholm or Sweden. The extension is straightforward, it does not apply retrospectively, and planning a cruise beyond the boundary of the area without reporting it is the classic mistake.
Specifically for the tubes: sudden damage is covered, UV ageing and porous seams are not. Anyone who leaves the boat in the water permanently over the summer should cover it, as this considerably extends the life of the tubes and is cheaper than any re-tubing.
