In Slovenia, Okiboats builds sports RIBs that sail predominantly in the Adriatic. In the waters of Croatia, Italy and Slovenia third-party liability is compulsory, and proof is provided by the international certificate of insurance, which with us is automatically available in the customer account.
On a RIB the engine carries the value. A 150 hp outboard costs more than many a hull, and it is stolen deliberately. An engine lock, a security cable and a tracker with its own power supply are effective, and the latter brings a ten per cent discount on hull insurance.
