What matters is the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine power and the cruising range, never the make. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out the policy online.
Full hull cover includes collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard; limited hull cover includes fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. There is no time window and no night clause in the hull insurance.

How does switching to NAMMERT work?
You provide the details about the boat and we cancel the old policy free of charge. The policy can be taken out online up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros; above that an individual assessment follows.
Does the cover also apply at night in the harbour?
Yes. In the hull insurance there is no time window and no night clause. Cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and while the boat is being transported.
