Five model ranges are recorded, all of them sailing yachts: Multimo GL 830, Noordsvaarder 920, Sneekermeer 800 as well as Noordsvaarder and Sneekermeer. The build years lie between 1967 and 1992. Anyone taking over one of these yachts today does so second or third hand.

After the purchase of a used boat, a dispute about its condition can arise. The legal expenses cover for water sports is offered alongside and applies to disputes following the purchase or with a yard. It can be set up together with the boat insurance.

For the boat itself the agreed value applies, indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation and, in the Premium tariff, without an age limit. The third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.

The legal expenses cover for water sports covers disputes following the purchase of a used boat and with a yard. It is offered together with the boat insurance.

How does a year of construction of 1967 affect the contract?

The year of construction is one of the premium factors, but not a ground for exclusion. In the Premium tariff the full hull cover runs without an age limit, with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation.
