A range that ran for 37 years brings boats of very different build years onto the used market. For the full hull cover an agreed value is agreed which applies with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. NAMMERT insures regardless of the year of construction, where the boat was bought and previous owners.
With sailing yachts the sail area rather than an engine output enters into the premium, along with the value, the year of construction and the cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus onwards. For trips abroad the international certificate of insurance is issued automatically in ten languages.

Which tariff levels are available?
Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Third-party liability cover with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros is included in all of them; from Basis-Plus onwards club races are added, and in Premium the age limit of the agreed value falls away.
Is limited hull cover enough for an older sailing yacht?
Limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the whole boat and damage in winter storage. Collision and grounding are only included in the full hull cover.
