This agreed value is fixed, and in the event of a claim indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation. In the Premium tariff full hull cover applies with no age limit and covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. Limited hull cover comprises fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the entire boat.
If a dispute with the seller or the shipyard arises after the purchase, legal expenses cover for water sports responds, and it can be taken out as well. If a previous contract is still running, NAMMERT cancels it free of charge. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis.

What value is applied to a boat from 2010?
The replacement value including equipment, recorded as an agreed value. It applies in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit under full hull cover.
Can I take over the previous owner's contract?
You take out a contract of your own. If another boat insurance policy is still running for you, NAMMERT cancels this previous contract free of charge through the switching service.
