The premium is based on the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine power or sail area and the cruising range, never on the brand. Small series and home builds can be insured too, and we insure regardless of the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners.

The basis is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Limited hull cover and full hull cover can be built on top of it, the latter with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit.

A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).

Registration

Registration from 3 hp; for trips abroad carry the boat certificate or flag document.

Lifesaving gear, fire extinguisher, anchor, signalling equipment and correct navigation lights.
