The Winkle Brig is the only range we have on file, built as a sailing boat from 1987 to 1995. Small numbers built often lead insurers to ask for comparable values. With us, small series and home builds can be insured, and acceptance does not depend on the number of boats built.
For the value we agree an agreed value, which holds even when hardly any comparable prices can be found on the market. Compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Whatever equipment belongs to the boat you record in the list when taking out the policy.
We have no further information about the yard. The data of the boat is enough for the contract: the type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range determine the premium, never the brand. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros comes first in every tariff.
