A dispute after buying a used boat or with a yard can be covered through the legal expenses cover for water sports that NAMMERT offers alongside. The brand's only recorded range, the Bassin D'Arcachon Cruiser 11.5, has been built since 2023 and is still in production today. The legal expenses cover supplements third-party liability and hull insurance, but it does not replace them.
Because only one motor yacht appears in the list, it says little about the breadth of the programme. For insurance that is enough: the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range determine the premium, the brand stays out of it, even with recent years of construction.
Full hull cover sets an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out cover online; above that an individual assessment follows. Cover also applies in winter storage, during craning and on the transport route.
