Hull cover applies with no time window and no night clause, and in addition in winter storage, during craning, launching and transport. Does a powerful engine installation increase the premium?
Engine output is one of the factors from which the premium results. Added to it are the type of boat, value, year of build and cruising range. The manufacturer's name plays no part.
Does hull cover also apply at night?
Yes. Hull cover knows no time window and no night clause. Damage during the night hours is treated exactly like damage in broad daylight.
