Five motor boat model ranges are recorded for Britamarine: the R20, the R24 and the R29 have been produced since 2011, the R23 since 2015, all of them until today. The W25 was built from 2011 to 2018. No further details about the yard are available, which makes no difference to insurability.
The cover applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and in transit. Limited hull cover comprises fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage, and a boat trailer is included at no extra premium.
Full hull cover works with an agreed value and replaces with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. It additionally covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis.

Damage during craning and launching falls under the hull insurance for your boat. The cover also applies in winter storage and in transit, without you having to register it separately.
Does it make a difference whether the model range is still being built?
No. Whether an R29 from current production or a W25 from 2018, we insure regardless of the year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. The premium follows value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.
