Yes. Year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners do not stand in the way. We record the value by means of the agreed value, and in the Premium rate the age limit on the hull settlement does not apply.
What does waiving the deduction for depreciation mean?
Replaced parts are not reduced pro rata according to age. You receive the settlement on the basis of the agreed value, without the current value of individual components being offset against it.
