Does the trailer have to be insured separately?
No, the boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. This means that launching and the journey between winter storage and the water are also covered.
Does the sail area count for the premium?
With sailing boats the sail area takes the place of the engine power. In addition there are the type of boat, the value, the year of construction and the cruising range. The premium is never calculated according to the brand.
