Two model ranges are recorded, the Norclipper 55 and the Norclipper 55 MS, both with build periods from 1970 to 1978. Production therefore lies in the past. That changes nothing about the insurance need, because on every yacht third-party liability is the part with which cover begins and on which everything else is built.
It is available with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, graded across Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. This covers damage that you cause to others with the boat, from a bump in the harbour to consequences that can exceed the value of your own boat. The hull covers are added on top of that.
For a yacht of these years the following applies: the premium follows sail area, value, build year and cruising range. Under full hull cover the value is arranged as an agreed value and replaced with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. We insure regardless of build year, place of purchase and previous owners.

How high can the limit of indemnity in the third-party liability cover be chosen?
From 10 to 50 million euros, depending on the tariff level Basis, Basis-Plus or Premium. Third-party liability forms the basis, and limited hull cover and full hull cover build on it.
What applies to a yacht with several previous owners?
It can be insured. Build year, place of purchase and previous owners do not stand in the way of a policy, and for the hull cover the value is arranged as an agreed value.
