Two motor boats have come down to us, the Atlantis Marine 26C and the 26CC from the years of construction 2009 to 2017. Where an outboard hangs on the transom, theft of parts is included in the full hull cover from NAMMERT, as are collision, grounding and vandalism.
Production lies in the past, so it is worth looking at the agreed value. It fixes the value in the contract, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
Above the hull cover stands third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. The premium arises from type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out the policy online.

Frequent questions
What happens if the engine is stolen from the stern?
Theft of parts including the outboard belongs to the full hull cover. Compensation is based on the agreed value that has been set, with no deduction for depreciation. There is no time window and no night clause in the hull cover.
And what if a dispute with the seller arises after the purchase?
For such cases we also offer the legal expenses cover for water sports. It takes effect in a dispute after the purchase of a used boat as well as in disputes with a yard.
