The value is agreed as an agreed value when the policy is taken out and applies in the event of a total loss without any further assessment.
Full hull cover pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation and covers collision, grounding, vandalism as well as theft of parts including the outboard. Limited hull cover takes on fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. There is no time window and no night clause in the hull insurance.
